Russia-EU relations are at an impasse. The Kremlin has made it clear it will no longer tolerate the EU lecturing about values and so-called international norms. And the Russians have had enough of the EU’s interference in Russia’s internal politics. The EU refuses to treat Russia as an equal partner. Until this changes, this bilateral relationship appears to be on hold.
