Pharmaceutical companies around the world are racing to develop a vaccine for COVID-19. UK pharmaceutical giant AstraZeneka tested its vaccine in April and expects to have 100 million doses available as early as September. But experts say that such a vaccine may be impossible to perfect. Dr. Frances Richmond, director of the DK Kim Center for Regulatory Science, joins Rick Sanchez to share her expertise.
