Over the past few years, the United States of America, has come against China’s tech sector with a series of sanctions, in a bid to stunt and immobilise the growth of china as a Global tech hub. However, the imposition of these sanctions have had the opposite impact, not only bolstering China’s resolve to build its own independent chips, but also pushing U.S. chip manufacturers to reduce their production.
