Which Post-Soviet Economies Have Grown the Most Since 1990?

In 1990, the Soviet Union was the second largest economy in the world. The new states that emerged on its ashes pursued various economic policies to various effects. Thirty years later, most countries were better off with two notable exceptions: Ukraine and Georgia. Incidentally, these are the countries that are denying their Soviet past most vehemently and aspire to integration with the European Union.
