Washington is not the string pullers, they are the puppets getting their stings pulled. Americans haven’t a clue what Russia can do but they have seen enough to scare the hell out of them. Russia and albeit China to a degree has technologies that hasn’t even hinted at having as yet. America is all about substandard shit at high prices to actually move forward. America gave that away a long time ago when they sent everything to China.
