Just two weeks ago, Meta opened access to Horizon Worlds, a platform for virtual reality. In Horizon Worlds, up to 20 avatars can meet in virtual space, explore and restructure it. First descriptions of the platform are reminiscent of the survival computer game Minecraft.
But it doesn’t seem to be completely harmless there. According to Meta, a user reported on November 26th during the test phase that she had been sexually molested by a stranger in Horizon Worlds. A little later, she posted her experience on Facebook.
