Ukraine must be prepared to take every possible measure to defeat the threat of any potential Russian invasion, including handing over powers to the armed forces, one of the country’s most distinguished military men has claimed.
Igor Romanenko, the former Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, now serving as a commander in the reserves, made the extraordinary claims in an article for Kiev-based Glavred on Monday.
