President Rodrigo Duterte agreed to run for vice president of the Philippines next year, one of the country’s main parties has said. Under the constitution, Duterte is barred from seeking a second term in his current office.
The nomination put forward by the Philippine Democratic Party – People’s Power (PDP-Laban).
