The president of Brazil warned he will not hand over office after next year’s election unless he believes a victory is “clean.” He’s also demanding constitutional reform that would see Brazil’s electronic voting system overhauled.
“I’ll hand over the presidential sash to whoever wins the election cleanly,” Jair Bolsonaro said in an address on social media. “Not with fraud.”
