Despite a successful meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and his American counterpart Joe Biden, relations between the two nations have not changed, and any progress will take many months, the Kremlin said on Tuesday.
Speaking to TV channel Russia 24, presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov explained that a rapid improvement of the bilateral relationship is not feasible.
