Iranian-US talks to revive the 2015 nuclear deal should not “drag on,” Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei has said, warning Washington against demanding Tehran return to its commitments before sanctions are lifted.
“The talks shouldn’t become talks of attrition. They shouldn’t be conducted in a way that parties drag on and prolong the talks. This is harmful to the country,” Khamenei said in Tehran on Wednesday.
