A top EU official has said that “everything is on the table” as Brussels examines vaccine production and distribution. The European Commission earlier threatened to ban AstraZeneca from sending its vaccine outside of the bloc.
The BBC’s Andrew Marr asked European Commissioner for Financial Stability Mairead McGuinness whether Brussels is serious in its threats to block vaccine exports to Britain.
