Ireland’s minister for foreign affairs and minister for defense, Simon Coveney, criticized the UK for trying to secure a trade deal with the United States without European Union involvement.
“This idea that Britain can get there first is narrow minded thinking, frankly,” Coveney told the Times in an interview on Saturday.
