US Secretary of State Antony Blinken has revealed that Washington is considering ways to strengthen strategic stability with Moscow, while still remaining opposed to Russian actions that challenge US “interests and values.”
Blinken was speaking to US state-funded radio station NPR, where he explained his belief that Washington should work with Moscow on “both fronts,” despite the White House’s view of the Kremlin.
