Encrypted messaging service Signal appears to be offline for some users, blaming ‘technical difficulties’ and promising restored service. Millions of new users recently flocked to the app, promoted by Elon Musk and Edward Snowden.
“Signal is experiencing technical difficulties. We are working hard to restore service as quickly as possible,” the service tweeted to its 378,000 followers on Friday morning.
