A group led by privacy activist Max Schrems has filed complaints with German and Spanish data protection authorities, accusing Apple of breaching EU laws with its tracking tool, alleging it handles users’ data without consent.
The complaints, made on behalf of individual Spanish and German consumers, were filed by the digital rights group NOYB (None of Your Business) on Monday.
