Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger has announced a “full, by hand” recount of the state’s ballots in the presidential election. Joe Biden currently leads the state by over 14,000 votes.
“With the margin being so close, it will require a full, by hand recount in each county,” Raffensberger, a Republican, announced at a Wednesday press conference.
