In a survey, over a third of Russian entrepreneurs revealed that they would not employ members of the LGBT community, with almost all (97%), somewhat incredibly, believing their company currently has no LGBT representation at all.

According to a joint study of small and medium-sized business owners, just over half (51 percent) would have no problem hiring someone who doesn’t hide their LGBT identity, with 37 percent admitting it would be a significant factor in a decision not to bring them onboard.
