According to the diplomat, the Shia militant group has moved large caches of ammonium nitrate, which can be used to make explosives, from Belgium to France, Greece, Italy, and Spain.
Lebanon-based Hezbollah stores weapons, including large stockpiles of ammonium nitrate, throughout Europe, the US State Department’s Coordinator for Counterterrorism, Ambassador Nathan Sales, said on Thursday.
