News of a formal police investigation into Benjamin Netanyahu over the events leading up to the night of October 7th have just dropped… Right, so is Benjamin Netanyahu actually, finally, really really really finished this time? It’s not exactly the question on everybody’s lips right now, as yet again this is a story getting scant coverage in the media but absolutely should be, because it heaps more pressure on him and highlights once again the man’s criminality not just in terms of what he is doing in Gaza and across the Middle East, but in terms of what he’s doing to benefit himself whilst clinging onto power by his fingertips, though this is very much still related to Gaza and actually it’s related to Gaza in the most egregious way it could be. Sure, the matter of Netanyahu surviving scandal is certainly a question that has been asked before, it’d hardly be Netanyahu’s first turn in the dock either, but not only could this potentially see Netanyahu get his comeuppance at last, but has the potential to bring war to an end across the Middle East. So why is it going so unnoticed in western media then? Surely this is news we all need to know right?
