White House spokeswoman Jean-Pierre says the US government has not verified footage documenting Israeli atrocities, including apparent executions, around al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza. “It is deeply concerning if it’s true. We are reaching out to Israel’s government to get more information,” she told reporters. But she went on to blame Hamas, saying the Palestinian group was using the hospital as a base.
