The bill also proposes to prohibit sending such parents on business trips without their written consent.
A member of the Russian Federation Council Committee on Science, Education and Culture, Airat Gibatdinov, proposed amending the Labor Code so that more parents with many children could take leave at a time convenient for themselves.
