Time Magazine has a new cover story out about Volodymyr Zelensky, and the portrait is not particularly flattering. The Ukrainian president is depicted as delusional about his country’s military prospects against Russia, surrounded by corrupt officials and increasingly concerned that Ukraine will be abandoned as NATO and the west shift attention to Israel.
