Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton welcomed the new Joe Biden presidency with a pledge to fight tooth and nail against his “illegal” and “unconstitutional” actions, hours after the new commander in chief was sworn in.
“Congrats, President Biden. On Inauguration Day, I wish our country the best,” Paxton said in a statement on Wednesday, beginning on a genial note.
