Proud Boys Chairman Enrique Tarrio has been released from jail in Washington but was ordered to stay outside the city until his next court hearing, preventing him from attending a protest challenging Joe Biden’s election victory.

Superior Court Magistrate Judge Renee Raymond on Tuesday ordered Tarrio to stay outside the District of Columbia until his court hearing in June. She denied a request by Tarrio to limit the ban to Black Lives Matter Plaza.
