Breaking news out of Florida, where the search and rescue operation continues after a building partially collapsed in the town of Surfside. The ocean-facing portion of the 12-story Champlain Towers South Condo building which was built in 1981 and has 130 units, collapsed around 1:30 this morning. At least 50 units were destroyed.
