The Biden administration announced more sanctions against Russia on Wednesday, taking aim at the Nord Stream 2 pipeline. This comes on the heels of Germany’s halting of further certification of the pipeline as punishment for Russia’s recognition of two breakaway republics in eastern Ukraine.
