Lawyers for Nike have filed a trademark infringement lawsuit in a US federal court against the Brooklyn-based company MSCHF, after backlash over the controversial ‘Satan Shoes’ made using its design – which have already sold out.
A lawsuit citing trademark infringement and dilution, false designation of origin, and unfair competition was filed in the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York on Monday afternoon.
