Premier Jason Kenney of Alberta, Canada’s largest oil-producing province, said during a press conference on Thursday that Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s proposal for a COVID-19 economic recovery was a “fantasy plan.”
“It was a fantasy plan for a mythical country that only exists, apparently, in the minds of Ottawa liberals and likeminded Laurentian elites,” Kenney said.
